It's close, the people are nice and helpful and the studio is clean and kept up with the exception of there may be a little water damage in the studio that needs some attention, but that doesn't bother me. My husband and I left here years ago, due to none of the teachers being very good. Justin's C2 class was really great and I'm happy we're back. Hopefully more teachers are as good as Justin!
Love attending Marjan H Hot Power Fusion class! She’s an instructor that’s hands on and is on your form! I love how she also hands out cold towels. She does this out of the kindness of her heart. She truly enjoys teaching and inspires me to continue practicing! I wish she taught more classes or have other instructors be more hands on correcting form and provide towels for hot power fusion especially now that the room is hot again.

2/25 class with restore & sound bath class had so much potential; however, too many people were in class. I felt more stressed then restored... Maybe next time offer 2 classes?

CPY Poway is a fantastic, clean, friendly & welcoming studio. Very consistent class schedule with plenty of variety & excellent teachers. Always the most therapeutic & fulfilling experience.
I love the studio and particularly the instructors. Each instructor has their own vibe and yet they are all consistent with each other. It makes it fun to attend the same class multiple times a week. I have also utilized the lockers and showers which are clean and have anything you might need in case you forgot to bring it (even hair ties).

All the instructors are friendly and welcoming. Some are more knowledgeable than others but overall, it’s a great studio, and a super convenient location !
Lisa Bubula does an awesome job with her Saturday morning class. Great energy and flow! The studio is always clean and people are very friendly.
