I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, I have found that Core Power at Poway is a studio that is professional operated and the Studio Manger Kelsey Aycock ensures that all classes and teachers provide classes that help me maintain both my mental and physical health. I believe that Core Power marketing should reach out the VA and work on promoting Core Power to other Veterans who are unaware of the benefits provided by attending and being a part of a professionally operated studio.

I really, really loved my class with Janae at 4S Ranch. What a great energy (and I mean that both physically and psychologically!). The whole class was upbeat and really enabled me to persevere (where I probably would have quit or let up on intensity if I were at home). Great to be back, and great to have such great teachers as well---especially, as Janea noted, at this time in our history.

LOVE CPY! This has been the only exercise routine I enjoy and have been able to stick with for years. I am so grateful for the wonderful instructors that put so much thought and effort into their classes. I hope CPY is taking good care of their staff, and paying them well so they stay on long-term as the instructors make all the difference. No complaints or suggestions - wouldn't change a thing :-)

I love Corepower. When I first started I enrolled at the UTC studio, I now attend the Poway studio. C2 and Sculpt are my top 2, but I love all the offerings. Hot power fusion is like heat therapy.

Poway studio is def different from the colorado studios I go to. Teachers are friendly at the poway studio, but just don't provide the same level of energy Im used to.
