Best yoga experience I've ever had. All the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. Although I had done other yoga before, it was my first time doing hot yoga and I was very nervous, but I felt that the yoga positions were challenging, while also not feeling like I was behind the rest of the class. It was a really great experience and I will definitely be back soon!

The immersion, the acceptance, the expertise on flow and movement of the body, and the overall outcome. I leave feeling FANTASTIC after every session! I know my body appreciates it and the practice hits all the points my body suffers from with in the day to day ware down . I can’t say enough great things. The big one are instructors that are in control of the room. I do hot yoga and you can instantly tell if the instructor understands the breath and journey through the hot room. I’ve had a session with a sub and I quickly noticed that flow broke. Instantly you lose focus and are aware of all discomfort. This however isn’t a negative for me and all the same experiencing the difference is amazing. It made me realize that these instructors truly know their craft/practice and what a true blessing it is to have a guide float you through a hot journey mentally and spiritually. All great experiences all the same. Just enjoying the journey :). Good job!

Excellent instructors, great workouts, people that go there form a down to earth community, member perks like teen flow with parent and buddy pass make it a great value, themed classes are fun and there just the positive calm vibe!

Large sized room is perfect for Yoga

Andrea was outstanding! Her Core Restore class made me feel much better and gain flexibility. She was friendly, fun and soothing all at the same time. I am a fan and will become a regular. Thank you CorePower!

I like how warm the room was, and I liked the instructors freedom to make the class different from other instructors. It helps stretch different muscles and strengthen different muscles for me when the practice is different.

I like the heat and vibe of the studio. The c2 classes are good, but I think a hot power fusion would suit my body better because I have a pelvis injury. Unfortunately there’s only the vinyasa classes during the times I can go. The c2 s are a little fast and the sequences feel a little dangerous for my body.

EVERYTHING! Classes are great. Teachers a hit and miss but I have my classes all figured out.

I love the Poway studio and always have. I've been going a long time. My only bit of feedback was to encourage instructors to teach the format of the class.
I went to a 1.5 class last week and the instructor taught an HPF format, but in a non heated room. I honestly don't enjoy the HPF format. That's why I don't attend the class. And then the room wasn't heated, so it wasn't the same IMO.
I went to the class for a 1.5 format. I prefer a C2, but none of the local studios offer a 7:30 or 8 am C2 format.

I have attended classes at the Poway Core Power studio for over 5 years. The studio is professionally run and maintained. The staff does a great job of keeping me informed of events and specials that are offered. I am an older student and am a 100% disabled Veteran. The Poway studio provides me a means of ensuring my flexibility and strength are maintained which is extremely important to my mental and physical well being.
The Poway studio is located near our home and I am thankful that there are a myriad of different classes that are offered thru out the day.

Great place with excellent heat!, I have arthritis and this helps a lot. Best teachers for me are Tamara Ro., Shane, Carrie. These instructors are wonderful! Great movements and instructional moves to get your body in line. Also Shane and Tamara have wonderful music for their classes. Also they give excellent words for your meditation.

Love the Poway Studio. The teachers are amazing. The vibe of this studio is a peaceful and safe place and became after my own home the second favorite place that I like to spend time at.

I absolutely love Michael LaPorte's C2 class. I have been a member of Orange Theory, F45 and now Core Power and Michael is the best instructor I have had.
