It was a low key studio with clean locker rooms and clean studios.

The cleanliness of both studios and bathrooms is a big plus. We liked the flow of the hot fusion class and the heat seemed to be evenly distributed.

It seems very organized and clean. The teachers are all very good. Schedule is accommodating.

The energy, atmosphere of the studio and talented instructors

I love that the classes are actually hot and sweaty. The classes and instructors are easy to follow. Everyone is super friendly. I love the candle light classes and when the teachers mist the room and wave the towel over you at the end of class. I also like how many locations and class times are offered. I hope a CorePower opens in Carlsbad soon and Encinitas offers later sculpt class w the option to take HPF after :) the 7:00/8:30 options that La Jolla and some other studios offer. It’s a great combo if you’re going to take classes back to back 😉

Sometimes I’m grossed out by the body odor in the room and the puddles of other peoples sweat I step in. I’m most comfortable in less crowded classes where there’s at least a half of mat space between students. To me that’s comfortable. It’s kinda gross when I’m so close to the person next to me that they are dripping sweat on my mat. 😬🤷‍♀️.

The staff. Leah is incredible - I thought she must be part owner of CorePower! Zanny too - she takes time to interact with class members and is a great instructor. I love it here. The view of the trees is great too.

The teacher Megan P is awesome. She’s a veteran CorePower teacher who has well choreographed classes that are engaging and challenging. During the pandemic, many of the seasoned teachers left so I’m less likely to go unless I know the teacher.
Before the pandemic, the level of teachers was elevated and I think it will take a while to get back to the high level of teachers.

My home studio of Encinitas CA is terrific. I like the consist CPY product when I travel. I am a flight attendant.
When I travel I’d appreciate loaner mats to be free of charge.
It’s virtually impossible to travel with a decent mat and Paying to borrow one feels Like I’m being nickel and dimed. . I hope it’s okay that I’m being so frank. I really do love CPY. I’m proud to be a
