Are you kidding me…this core power is amazing!!! Definitely my neighborhood place. Mason is my go to every day, Leah likes to switch it up which I love, Josh likes to challenge, what isn’t to like about this place. Keep on keeping on!!!

Excellent instructor who carried such peace and confidence during the practice! The staff was also very welcoming and chill af. They give off a vibe that they are 100% for you.
The variety of classes really opens the door to exploring a whole new level of practice. The instructors are amazing and so welcoming. Studio is super clean. Everyone makes you feel happy to be there!

Low key, great/encouraging instructors, many classes throughout the day, and clean locker facilities. Very nice and inviting.
Re locker room, I’d strongly suggest a mat similar to those near showers be placed in the corridor to the bathrooms. Tiles are super slippery. I slipped and fell this evening, had to cut my class short as my tail bone started hurting. Boo.

Jackie is an amazing instructor! I really appreciate the way she tells us every step of the way which muscles to focus on and how to achieve the proper form. She's definitely one of my favorite instructors. Thanks!
The teachers are great, i love the class format and heated options, the locker rooms are a nice bonus instead of just having cubbies and I t’s conveniently close to my home.
It's reliable. The instructors provide an experience that I can count on to be worth my time and money. The studio is a great space and the class offerings cover a lot of fitness and spiritual needs.
I love corepower! Alina, Leah, Jackie, Elizabeth, and many other instructors are just amazing. They make you feel welcomed and are great instructors no matter your experience level.
Corepower also had a great company culture that I really admire. I just wish there were more BIPOC Instructors and students!

classes are great
1) The instructors greet me with enthusiasm and carry it throughout class. I’m physically exhausted afterwards, but mentally balanced.
2) The location is right off the freeway with plenty of parking.
3) Classes all day long

Great class and great instructor! I just wish classes were not so packed. I wish smaller class sizes and or designated spots for mats. So stressful to get to class early, get a spot. Then have streams of people coming in until past when class is supposed to start. Having to move around and feel bad for people coming in with no room left.
