I enjoy the community, especially at the UTC and del mar locations. I also think that there is a good range in intensity of classes as well as plenty of classes offered at convenient times for my work schedule.
The staff here is amazing. They care to know everyone who comes in and make sure you feeling great when you leave.

I felt a little cold in a C1 class because the door was opened in the beginning. I prefer feeling warm in C1class.

Lee Ann Kim is a great instructor. She projects her voice very well and is very clear in her cues and uses analogies that I have not heard of before ("spread your armpits" as an example), even though I was a black tag member for about five years previously and have attended other yoga studios.
I liked her flow and routine -- and she incorporated other poses, step by step. She encourages students by name, personalizes her instruction, and makes yoga relevant to current events.
Instructor was very good and had high energy. She was also very motivating and made my first core power experience very fun!
The teachers are really good, all of them are really doing to do their best. I love the new teachers and how they add their personal touch to the classes, it makes it fun. I like the availability of classes especially the 8:30 pm. It's good to be back on my mat.

The instructors are great. On top of that, one of your instructors, Nicole Souza, is still a cut above with her energy and calming voice instructions. The facilities and locker rooms are clean at this studio.
