Excellent Studio with great teachers, heated experience makes it totally worth it, sessions are grounding, well placed and sequences are appropriate, they offer early morning and late evening sessions for busy folks.
Training area is always clean before you start practice and there are no awkward smells. You are always greeted at entry and when leaving.
There is never any unnecessary push, instructors offer optional challenges for those who are ready.
By practicing here I have recovered from injuries acquired from other sports in the past and I hope to do it again in present.
Yoga practice is a no brainer if you want to be better, healthier at other things which you like to do.

I appreciate that this company remained shut during the times of the pandemic where my community was at highest risk and that it is still limiting capacity in classes. Several other local fitness companies blatantly dwfied shutdowns, allowed patrons to remove masks when they were required at all times indoors, ect. I found this very counter to the yoga principle of ahimsa. They have lost my business.

That it’s still here after that horrible Covid year. I m sooooo looking forward to returning to my 5 days/week class schedule. I’ve started back already! After only a few classes I realize how much I really missed the classes, teachers, practice, learning.

The instructor, Charlie is great! He creates the most effective and balanced flow of poses and movement. His positive and confident energy is infectious. I leave the class drenched with sweat and blissfully peaceful.
