Took a CP Yoga Sculpt class at 4:00pm. It was a busy & full class! Loved the instructor - so knowledgeable and motivational despite admitting to the class that her energy was running a little lower that day. The cadence and sequencing of the class was great and challenging (which is why you take a yoga sculpt class).
I know they are heated rooms, however, I do believe that the heat was higher than it should have been for a class of that intensity (almost unbearable, and because it was busy, i really felt I was breathing other people’s steam). I am a somewhat fit person, but I admittedly haven’t taken a yoga sculpt since Covid shut-down, so maybe my tolerance for exercise in that heat is low. The company & instructor should be mindful of the level of heat for certain intensity classes tho.
Overall, highly recommend the class and that instructor. It was just what I needed to be reminded of why CP sculpt classes are worth it!

I have taken this practice after 6 years of not being g part of any yoga and it has been amazing! Every teacher, every class.....happy I joined:)

Good vibes and good workout

I’ve been doing yoga for eight months now and it has absolutely change my life. I have a few old injuries and it is really helped keep me flexible and stay healthy. For the mind and body.
The instructors are great and they have a variety of classes daily that fit anyone’s schedule.

The special inversion class was exceptional. Two fantastic and engaging teachers. Very inspiring.

The instructors are awesome and really give a great lesson and practice guidance that pushes you physically and mentally and emotionally. This has been a life changing experience for me and I always leave that place feeling amazing.
