Absolutely love the 5:45 am sculpt class. All the instructors are amazing and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate each and every one of them for being willing to teach a class so early in the morning. Love the enthusiasm and encouragement we receive. It is the best way to start the day off right.

I enjoy the heat and dynamics of C2 classes, the wonderful people sharing our commitment to health and fitness and of course the amazing instructors who always offer inspiring, thoughtful and useful tips, guidance and reminders to take our practice with us into our everyday lives. Namaste.

It's a great studio with very inspiring yoga teachers! I wish it was a little bigger at times when the classes are filled to the brim but I would go there regardless.

I like the cozy atmosphere of the yoga studio in Hillcrest. The people who work there are extremely friendly and I feel a sense of homecoming when I arrive for a class. The facility is clean and I love the classes offered, particularly the 9pm classes offered.

Staff is nice, I really like the teachers, and along with the hours.

The classes are fabulous. Good variety. Great instructors. Lots of different times available. The facilities are very clean and upscale.

Great instructors

I love my experience overall, and usually go in the morning for C2. I especially love Julia's classes, which are lighthearted, personal, and creative. But all the teachers are super knowledgeable and I usually love the flow, leaving energized and calm. I really can't thank the teachers enough! I've been practicing for over a year now, and the changes to my mental and physical health have been awesome. I like the personal touch of the Hillcrest studio and the morning class schedule very much.

However, I have one small thing that has kept me from certain classes (why it's a 9 instead of 10). The heat in some of the classes is very inconsistent. There are some C2 morning classes where I have seen the temperature at 103 degrees after cooling down with savasana (and it is supposedly 95-98 degrees according to the website) . While this may be fine for different yogis, it does not work for my body type as I overheat and sweat a lot (I know everyone says this but I am literally a puddle). I know that the small studio is sometimes hard to regulate with many bodies in it, and that heating certainly isn't an exact science, but it is for specific classes no matter the size.

I know it's a style of some teachers to keep it very hot, and I'm sure other yogis really benefit from it, but the extreme heat is not to my personal taste and I do not find myself enjoying class if it is above the normal heat. It is for this reason that I stick to C2 rather than Hot Power Fusion. Just my two cents. Keep up the good work!

Love the instructors the consistency with studios and practices and availability of classes and locations.

It's the people who make Hillcrest CP great! It may be a small studio but that is part of it's cozy charm.

I like the schedule of classes that start early and the option to do a late class at 9pm is great. The facilities are always clean and there's a good selection of yoga clothes.
