I like that classes are "standardized." So I know what to expect when I select a class. Everyone I've interested with has been friendly and helpful, and I always feel welcome when I visit.

Strenuousness of classes, great variety and instructors, love the temp and love coming out of every class feeling like I got a fantastic work out. Oh and love the many locations and many time options.

Core power Yoga is everywhere and there is a high standard set at each establishment, as seen by the presentation in facilities, check in desk and yoga studios. All rooms are kept clean, studios are able to house hot yoga classes and instructors are on point! Always leave me feeling balanced and refocused.

I like the accessibility of the locations. Very convenient while I'm in San Diego for school and the variety of hours for the different classes so I have more options.

Great class. Not too crowded, although the space is somewhat limited. Good temperature. I like the dim lights. Nice amenities. Good staff and most importantly the flow of the class is great.

The ladies at the front were very inviting and helpful. It took a few minutes to find my account, because I was visiting from out of town, but they were more than accommodating. The instructor was absolutely wonderful! It was exactly what I needed after traveling for the holiday. My only regret was not being able to try out more classes at this location. Thanks for everything, CPY!
