I feel a certain spirituality when I practice at this studio space. The studio itself is beautiful, and emits a warm, friendly vibe. I also find the retail to be unique.

I was in town visiting a friend and attended 2 hot yoga classes. The instructor was great; she made adjustments to my poses which I found very helpful

The studio is incredibly nice and so is the staff. The Plaza it's in is head and shoulders above the Encinitas as well.
