Want to start by saying I love core power's facilities. I started in SF and come to the Del mar one when I'm home with my mom. But the thing I find very distracting and annoying is how many people bring their phones and extra stuff to class. I can tell they're regulars and maybe that's tolerated at the Del Mar location, but I feel that it's highly inappropriate and takes away from the purpose of why I, and so many, do yoga. In SF, there is a no phones in the studio policy. I don't know if that's the case here, but it's time to make it one because there's nothing more distracting than people taking a selfie of them in class or answering some emails during that settling into your mat time just before class starts. Just a thought. Also, somehow in the men's bathroom mouthwash was put in the shampoo containers by mistake. Another gentlemen comfirmed this. I told the lady at the front desk and she dismissed it by saying they look similar. But I know it was mouthwash because I put it in my hair :). Anyways, great facilities, but just hope that everyone can remember why we do yoga: mindfulness and being present in the absence of technology. Thanks and have a great day!

The sculpt class was so challenging but fast pace and fun and Kim was one of the best teachers I've ever taken class from.

We enjoyed our yoga experiences. Especially Shane...he brought fun and his lighthearted approach which was very refreshing!

What I like about Del Mar is that there are two rooms. I normally practice in Poway and there is only one room. HPF is my only choice at 6 in the morning on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The HPF routine hurts my back. Being able to practice a C2 once a week is wonderful.
It's a long drive, but I will do this once a week, but waiting to see what happens at 4S Ranch location.
The people in Del Mar a very good, I've enjoyed all the teachers.

I really do love CorePower and will continue to come to classes there. But something that I've had a long time issue with at all locations is the cap on the number of people that are allowed into a class. Especially in hot classes where sweat and moisture is an issue, being stacked right on top of each other is not conducive to a calming environment. If it needs to be first come first served, then that's something that should be considered so that the room is not uncomfortable.
