sarah is one of the most skilled yoga and yoga sculpt teachers i have ever taken; she's kindhearted, plays fun music, and keeps every student motivated even when you feel like you can give no more!

I love how friendly and welcoming the staff is, the class diversity, and I can always find a time that fits into my busy schedule!!

I really love this studio, so welcoming and the energy is so positive. It is truly the first place that I have felt comfortable working out around other people. I have been going to Kats classes and she is so wonderful and kind, and most of all supportive.
