I love Core Power. It feels like coming home. There’s comfort in the familiar poses, yet every Hot Power Fusion is unique and feels different. The teachers are inspiring and motivational. Core Power has helped me through some of the hardest times in my life.
Teachers are caring, knowledgeable and give a good sequence poses for optimal yoga practice. The studio is very clean, provides showers, blow dryers.
Enjoyed the trail. The monthly price is a little steep and the locker room too cowded but overall had several good sessions with good instructors. I'll likely be back.
The SE Portland studio is a good facility. Same CPY quality of classes and teachers.

Instructor was super friendly and provided really good class. Facilities were clean and modern.
Love the sculpt classes. I give a 9 because these classes can be pretty variable based on instructor. If I were giving a rating to Katya only, it would be 10+.

I think the classes and teachers are great. Its an amazing workout! The shower and bathroom are clean and nice.
They need to replenish wipes and clean room between classes. It is smelly and not as well maintained as I hoped.
I live the mix of classes and supportive and smart staff and teachers. Also love the interior of the space
Only opp to improve: stop offering single use water bottles and having plastic cups for mouthwash in the bathrooms. You can have compostable cups for those who need water.

Grace and Hannah were super welcoming before, during, and after class.
I appreciate the one-hour classes. Most studios these days only offer 75 or 90 minute classes which I do not always have time for! The teachers are attentive and watch their students.
