Athletic yet mindful practice. Most athletic yoga I’ve experienced in Portland! Studio right by my house and studios all over the country. Don’t (really) need a gym membership because there’s sculpt.
Amazing teachers; inspiring and challenging classes; schedules that include class options from dusk til dawn. Teachers are clearly inspired to be themselves and are given freedom to make classes unique, diverse, and authentic.
The frequency of classes allows me to fit classes into a busy schedule. I also enjoy the teachers who take time to build mantras, intentions, and mindfulness into the class rather than focussing just on the exercise aspects. Teachers who help with adjustments and give attention to alignment increases my satisfaction with a class.

Best hot vinyasa classes I have ever taken were here in SE CPY. Teachers are on point, rarely make mistakes and seamlessly work through them when they come up. Lead awesome well rounded flows that get your legs burning and your balance challenged.
