I love the core2 and sculpt classes! Jessica is by far my favorite teacher. Class prices are the only downside.

I like the HPF sequence. I've tried the C1,C2 classes but they are too much for my shoulders.

I get a lot of benefit from the Yin Classes too. If there were meditation classes, I would be interested.

I haven’t become a member yet because I have three kids and have a hard time escaping. Once my time opens, I’ll become a member. I tried the week long pass and will be back.

Mary is an amazing yoga teacher... I feel like I am getting a yoga class and simultaneously, I am experiencing a philosophical and historical journey through her lesson.

She combines story telling, historical references, music, heat and yoga poses in such a beautiful and poetic manner... she is wonderful!

I refer to her as a yoga teacher that combines astrology, astronomy and history, with a hint of inner reflection.

I like everything, but the most ii like it’s feel the hot.
