I am so thankful for the community of people that make up the SE Portland Core Power yoga studio. I continually feel challenged and engaged in class, and I feel that practicing yoga has changed my life. I very much look forward to the time I spend at this studio.

I love the warmth of the rooms, the flow of the classes, and the teachers.

the instructors are great. people are friendly . the room is a good size and bright with nice day light. the locker rooms are a bit cramped but all in all great. it is conveniently located from my work and home. it feels like a community and is one of the reasons it keeps me coming back day after day.

Today I came in and brought a friend who is also doing their free week of yoga. We took a 7:30 beginner class and pretty much had a private session. I think our instructor's name was Sarah Rose. She was very friendly and willing to go at the pace that we needed (since we are beginners). She also took the time to address questions concerning other classes and yoga mats. I've never felt uncomfortable asking questions, which is always a big concern for me when trying something new. Both instructors and the manager at the southeast location have been extremely kind and helpful during my trial. I would recommend this yoga studio to everyone!!!

you feel great after yoga

People are friendly and knowledgeable. The clothes are cute but pricey. Its nice there the discount bin.

Length and amount of classes available. quality of teachers

The instructors each bring a different vibe and mode to the table, each class I take may have similar poses, but with each individual teacher I find a different practice through each teacher, whether it be through their words, or the adjustments. Core power SE is my home location, and I always feel comfortable asking for help or advice about deepening my practice. I always feel the teachers are very motivating and always want to help their students, which is wonderful.

The staff is beyond lovely. I always leave full, inspired and replenished. James and Allie are especially great!

Some of the instructors at CorePower are unparalleled in Portland in terms of power vinyasa style classes. The studio is also very modern and comfortable.

I experienced a great combination of traditional yoga with western workout techniques. I felt that I was able to really push myself because I felt familiar with some of the sequences. I also liked the temperature in the room. it was not too hot, but I was sweating quite a bit. the teachers were extremely friendly and not condescending.
