Consistent, friendly, flexible schedule

The instructors are always very helpful and pleasant to be around. You can drop into any class and go at your own pace without recrimination. They are courteous about making suggestions for improvements and helping alignment and pose posture. It is a very nuturing atmosphere.

I have been practicing yoga with core power for 4 years, it is where I got my start and it is where I continue to find balance, challenge, build strength, and stay in the best health of my life, I am so grateful for the teachers who give their time and energy so we can live well.

I love the variety of classes offered as well as frequency of classes per day. I makes it very easy to attend regardless of my work schedule. I also appreciate when teachers assist or adjust to ensure proper form. I have been attending classes since November of last year when I purchased a Groupon and I am only sorry I waited so long to try Corepower!

I am a member and love Corepower. I love the classes and the availability of classes throughout the day at 2 locations both very near my house. I love (most of) the teachers. The facilities are pretty nice too. The style of yoga practiced at Corepower is exactly what I would choose if I were designing it myself - hot, challenging, rigorous, customizable.

Everyone was so helpful and kind, the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the workout was tough and renewed me for my tasks in Portland. The studio is so clean and feels like a lux spa. I'd urge anyone to take a class, it's such a great experience.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. All are welcome, you do not need to be perfect at yoga!

I like your balance of consistency of skill level and variety of styles from different instructors.
It is true that some are more experienced and very much comfortable with teaching. A few are just starting their teaching career, and they are sincerely exploring to learn. Overall, the mixture of classes make my yoga experience interesting at your studio. Thank you !

First I was greeted with kindness when I arrived to check in. The instructor, 9am Wed 2/25 at SE Portland, was amazing! Such positive energy throughout the class and she hit the nail on the head when it came to poses I really needed for the day. Temperature in the studio was great and the flow was awesome. Thanks for class again!

I enjoy that there are several different levels of classes so I can adjust depending on where I am in practice. I also really enjoy the staff and always feel warm and welcomed.
