I think the teachers are all great, and very consistent. I do wish more teachers did hands on adjustments, which are practically non-existent. But I always love your classes. I wonder if you would ever consider offering a C2 at the 7:30 weekday slot; it's C1 five days a week, and some variety would be nice for those of us who need to go to a 7:30 class to accommodate our work schedules. Love core power!
I love the corepower workouts. I call it "yoga on steroids" but without losing the peacefulness the practice brings. Puts all other studios I have tried to shame. The instructors are so varied, yet all great guides and so very kind and helpful. I leave every class having learned a valuable lesson / input. When I started I came in feeling vulnerable (fat, not knowing anything), but have felt nothing but welcomed. I have been practicing for awhile now, gotten so strong and in good shape -- yesterday morning my class (FANTASTIC teacher) was one of the best hours of my life.

Excellent choice of classes and timings, very knowledgeable and experienced instrcluctors. classes were inspirational, non judgemental and full of energy. Instructors like James Grant create a truly unique and enriching experience in every class. Nothing but most positive experience attending classes here.

James teaches a great C2 flow. I like the open, airy feel of the Southeast studio. Classes are packed, but still have room to move.

The teacher was professional, kind and helpful. The studio was clean and gorgeous. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and the location was awesome. There's a garage and lots of street parking. The temperature of the class was perfect and it was a great flow.
