I love the classes and range of difficulty.

I've never tried hot yoga and I really liked it! I felt my body gradually heated up and burned from inside.
After doing Yoga, I felt so good and slept really well.

Very friendly staff, clean/comfortable facilities, class sizes seem good, and instruction has been great so far! Instructors are very knowledgable, helpful, approachable, and provide different styles and inspiration.

I love Core Power- for so many reasons. Where to start? The staff are all fantastic. From the moment that I first came in for a free week, everyone made me feel welcome. The teachers remember your name, and sincerely care about their students... each has their own individual style and each brings something different to their classes. The classes! There are so many of them throughout the day to choose from, that I never have to skip my practice. No matter how frequently my schedule changes, there is a class that fits in to my day. I really appreciate the convenience of so many choices. Also, locations! There are three in Portland, adding even more choice and flexibility. The Southeast Portland location is definitely my home base, and Skylor is just an absolute doll. Always enthusiastic, welcoming, warm, engaging and sincere. Oh, and the results! I feel stronger, leaner, more energized, more content.. in the best shape of my entire life, and pushing 40!

The studio is very nice and clean and the teachers and classes are amazing.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the door by a very friendly staff. When taking HPF, the instructor did some adjustments on me, which always makes me feel spoiled- and I especially appreciated since I had never been to this studio before. It was a great experience!
