The people and the environment

James is a great instructor. But the shower/locker room situation is awkward.

I always love CorePower and am a loyal practitioner there. I will repeat feedback that I have left multiple times: 1) I have been going there since it opened and can count on one hand how many times I have gotten adjustments. 2) I wish the teachers made a habit of putting the lights on for the 5pm class. That late in the day it's sometimes hard to get energy up, and unless it is a restorative or candlelight yoga class, I prefer it to be brighter at that hour. In summer months this should not be an issue, but it sure is for me during our long, dark rainy season!

Excellent teachers and classes - also love the variety (sculpt, hpf, C2, etc)

Felt welcomed and supported at this location. The sculpt class did not incorporate the the yoga intention and warm up piece, which I prefer, but it was a great class.

I love the energy and passion the instructors have. They are positive and encouraging and seem to really enjoy what they do. The classes (primarily yoga sculpt) are challenging and always have me leaving class feeling like I really got a good workout in.

It was my first time trying CPY yesterday and everyone was very friendly and welcoming! I started with the sculpt yoga and Alessandra is an amazing teacher! She makes the class fun and pushes her students.

You have a team of some of the most amazing and inspirational Yoga Instructors around at CorePower SE Portland! Holly V., Emily Dals, Colleen Cash, Kai K. and Ticari truly made my experience at CorePower incredible and so memorable. I moved back home to Portland from Northern California to kickstart my life again in May 2014 after a terrible heartbreak. This particular group of individuals truly made my journey so much more peaceful and empowering! I healed my heart, and found my light and strength again with their guidance in yoga practice. I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of them for their brilliant instruction, warmth and support, they always brightened my evenings in class! Additionally, the Boot Camp I attended the Summer of 2015 was terrific too. Having Cynthia from NW Portland as my team leader during Boot Camp as well as continuing my work with Holly V. and Kai K. was outstanding. What a talented and driven bunch of instructors who worked tirelessly to keep all of us motivated and inspired! I looked forward to each morning spent with them. :) Although my family and I have made a move to Vancouver, WA I definitely hope to visit periodically and attend a class here and there with my favorite teachers at the CorePower studio in SE. Instructors are great!

I live in Seattle but visit my parents in Portland. It is great that CorePower allows me to use my membership in both cities. The Portland SE studio has a lovely practice room with high ceilings and big windows, all the instructors have been fantastic and I leave there invigorated!

The availability of the classes!

I love the intensity of the flow, and the group of students who motivate each other to go deeper in our individual practices. Also the showers are a very wise addition to the hot yoga experience !

Amanda and the team were amazing and very welcoming. I will definitely visit next time I visit Portland for business.

The classes are always changing and enhancing. The schedule works well. I wish there were even more classes available at more times of day in SE. It's clean and organized. the instructors are helpful.
