I really love the atmosphere just entering the building. Very welcoming. I am not much of a "yogi" and honestly get a bit of anxiety going to yoga that I won't be good enough , not thin enough etc but after being in the class for a short while I felt at ease. Also. The Rosemary mint smell!!! Omg. I need that in my life.

I loved that class with Emily. It was a bit more creative than the norm, which I love - a little bit off the normal C2 script. Just a little. You know, so things don't get stagnant.

I'm going to say something that I've said a lot... I wish there was a studio in North or NE Portland. So far NW has been doable and SE is usually not accessible during traffic. But now NW has even become too clogged with traffic and bad parking.

I love the yoga teachers, the community of students, and the variety of class options & times.

Instructors are always friendly and teach great classes with good energy! I usually just take the Yoga Sculpt classes, so I always feel like I get a really good, whole body workout in.
