Only reason 9 stars and not 10-- I am hard of hearing and the acoustics in the studio made it difficult for me to hear instructor and follow her instructions. I looked to my fellow yogis for guidance. A battery powered headset mike (like used in Pure Barre) would make the class a 10 for me!

I liked how the person teaching it was encouraging and help us through poses we didn't know. It felt very comfortable and welcoming.

Sarah K is the bomb dot com. I also LOVE Ticari and Colin's classes. I definitely come for the instructors.
The locker room gives me anxiety, though. Very tight, and no air circulation. ;-)

The studios and instructors are very knowledgable and helpful. some of the classes don't feel heated at all with very low humidity. If I am going to go to a heated yoga class I like to sweat. Kai and Alesssndra always have the rooms at the perfect temperature.

Everyone is very kind and inviting. Being new to yoga is a little scary, but it's been easy!

Great classes

I like the classes because they're difficult enough for a good workout but I'm not worried about getting an injury. I think the instructors are very attentive and provide great adjustments.

I've already brought 5 friends with me to Kai's 7pm Tuesday!

Authentic (i.e. Great yoga practice) while also clean professional and trendy - helps to be surrounded by beauty while trying to re engage with my internal beauty ha!
