I love everything about Corepower. I love the energy when I walk in the door and the kindness of all the instructors. I love that I can get a good work out every time but also feel that I have been centered.

I always try to give feedback regarding an instructor who is amazing. This time, I would like to mention Colin, whose core power 2, and hot power fusion classes I have taken. Every time I take one of her classes I learn something new about body alignment within a posture, for me, this is exactly what I require for my practice to continue to grow. I love her structures; which always have a smooth flow, Colin has a seamless coordination of movement which peak in master postures your body is properly prepared for due to her series' flow.
Plus, Colin is just in general a great lady, with a shining, kind personality, who sees each of us clients as individuals and with great care.

I like the core 2 power class

The instructors (particularly Colin, Sandra, and eek! drawing a blank on the last teacher I had--brunette, a mom, really great teacher) are outstanding. They really have the right mix of direction and space to create one's own practice down: while the heated element is sometimes overwhelming to me, I have to say that these instructors are just the best.

I like the wide variety of class offerings and the shower facilities.

The instructors are very friendly. The common spaces and locker rooms are nice and clean. The other students are very friendly. The classes are heated, so it gives you a nice workout and sweat session during the class. Overall, I enjoy going to the Northwest location. It's great!

I have been coming to Corepower since April, 2015. Jessica Starr introduced me to Yoga and I am so grateful. Last week I brought my husband, Kurt who has never taken a yoga class (he is 62!) to Sean's C1 class. Jessica suggested that Sean would be the perfect teacher for a new person to take a class from. She was right and as a bonus she was there and available to offer hands on physical adjustments. Kurt had a really positive experience and appreciated both Sean's teaching and Jessica's support. If it were not for Jessica's encouragement neither Kurt nor I would be coming to Corepower. Sean and Jessica are amazing teachers. I have loved sculpt class and Jessica always inspires me to do my best. I have learned a lot about myself and look forward to continuing my Yoga journey. Thanks you Sean & Jessica! Mary Jernstrom

Customer service was terrific, extremely encouraging, efficient and friendly, I was made to feel very welcome. Awesome session of Core Yoga, the pace that was set by James was both challenging and motivating, everyone was in the zone it culminated in a great atmosphere, I felt tremendous afterwards, super relaxed, mind and body and ready for the next day.

I love that the classes really make a big difference in my mental state and physical state when I do them regularly. I love that the temperature is high enough to really feel it. I love the use of lighting and music to create a powerful atmosphere. I love that the teachers are usually personable and friendly.

The schedule is diverse and offers a large number of classes making it possible for me to attend before and after work! I also love the complimentary mat for non drivers 😜😃😝.

I love that the teachers are focused on mind and body instead of just providing a workout. Teachers are mostly consistently excellent, the availability of classes is great and convenient for those who have busy schedules. Some of the instructors are phenomenal and keep me coming back for more. They are friendly and invested in my growth as a yogi.
