People are passionate about yoga and often provide spiritual guidance in addition to good flow and a variety of poses. There are a variety of classes at many different times throughout the day. The studio is clean and quaint and it provides very friendly staff and teachers.

I love the variety of classes offered (C2, Sculpt, Hot...etc)and the numerous times of days they are available. In addition, the instructors are excellent and encouraging. Core Power Yoga is the perfect workout if you're looking for strength and flexibility in mind, body and spirit.
