Friendly staff!
Robyn is so much fun to take classes from. The past few classes I've had at the Downtown CPY have had inexperienced teachers and have been empty and a little lame. Totally into the concept of supporting new teachers (experience is how you get good) but when I don't get to yoga often and it's a little pricey for my budget, I'd like the most bang for buck possible (fitness and fun). This class with Robyn was full (not uncomfortably so) and way fun. I'll for sure be back for more!

The instructors are all super friendly and read the room really well. Whenever they prompt a pose I’m not familiar with I can always count on being able to follow the instructor and they often will take the time during the routine to further break down poses when they notice people aren’t super familiar with it. I also really appreciate and love the restore classes that have been offered more at the grand location! I’ve been doing a lot of gardening this summer and the restore classes have been an awesome way to unwind at the end of the day!

I love the vibe at the St. Paul Grand Ave studio! I've been to at least 3 other studios in my area and this is my go-to. I will drive out of my way to start the day with Amiee or Kate and I never have a bad experience with any instructor. Many studios make me feel out of place or uninformed at check in but this studio is so welcoming and chill I love it.

I like the fact that they are many classes available during each day of the week including weekends. The online reservation system is very easy to use. Finally, I love the heated rooms. Namaste!

CorePower on Grand Avenue is excellent! The site is welcoming and the studio is adorably tucked up on the second level. Nora is a lovely teacher....instructs with wisdom and whimsy. I keep coming back for the solid instruction and community.
