I really liked Pega’s class and overall vibe. And the studio had a nice, lively energy with the two classes on Friday eve. Both instructors were warm and helpful and showed me around as a new person, which was really nice. Would definitely return!

I absolutely enjoyed my classes at CPY while visiting the area. The instructors were so inviting and knowledgeable. A 90 minute Hot class was just what my body needed. The energy was amazing! Thanks Ellie for a fabulous class.

Every time I go into CorePower - Grand Ave, I’m greeted by nice, warm people who are genuinely there to help me better my practice. If I ever have a question or need help with something, they are so helpful and make me feel validated. All of the instructors are nice and knowledgeable and the classes are always a blast!
