This visit my nieces and I loved Whitney!! She was so friendly and welcoming and helpful and her energy level and enthusiasm were great!! She made our day!!!

I like the location and the quality of the instructors. The St Paul location has experienced less instructor turnover than the Woodbury location which I like.

I loved the yoga classes and teachers! It was a very inviting and welcoming space. I loved the variety of classes offered from meditative options to more challenging workout classes! I would definitely recommend to just try it out. They have an amazing 1 week free trial that I loved especially as the instructors helped me get to know the studio!

CorePower Yoga consistently offers clear instruction with a variety of dynamic instructors. My personal yoga practice has been strengthened and nurtured through my membership with CorePower. The Grand Avenue community is warm and welcoming; uplifting space to practice. Try all the classes and all the instructors-so many gems!

Friendly inviting atmosphere! Consistency of the class routine! Repetition of the Hot Yoga moves allows you to focus on the flow and lets you concentrate on your adjustments and realizing the strength and control you are gaining. Hot room and sweating out toxins, amazing for the mind and body. Love it.
