Because there are so many classes and locations, it's easy to find a class at any time. In addition, the classes are all fairly consistent and I enjoy almost every instructor.

The 8 am, Monday through Friday, Core power 1 1/2 class has been part of my routine for over 6 years. It contributes to flexibility and a healthy life style. I'm hoping to continue well into my 70's. I like Corepower because teachers are very well trained. The ones who are not as good get cycled out fairly quickly.

I mostly take C-2 classes at the Grand studio and feel that the instructors at this studio are very accomplished and passionate about what they do. There is a strong community at this studio. I feel that the instructors and students at this studio are dedicated to the spiritual and meditative aspects of yoga as well as the physical aspects.

The instructors are professional and have tremendous focus on the engagement and safety of their students. They create an atmosphere of non judgement. I cannot thank "Core Power" enough for enhancing and truly changing my life. I have not previously experienced such a beautiful sense of community and it is created by every committed student and teacher present.

Everyone at the desk is friendly and welcoming. There are lots of choices of class levels and instructors. It always feels okay to not have a perfect practice. The locker/shower/bathrooms are clean and have nice soap :)

I love classes with Amelia and Pegah (who I think left). I also really like the ambiance of the studio. I like Karma and Teeki products, as well as Onzie.

The yoga classes are consistently energizing and relaxing.

the atmosphere at the studio is calming and inviting. the environment is always consistent, yet the variety of classes/teachers ensures that i can find a class for every mood.

I like that the site is convenient to my home, parking is easy, there is always space in classes, and the teachers are consistently really good. There is a good range of class options and times. The shower facilities are spacious.

I train for long races and mountain climbing. Core power has been the backbone of my training (especially during winter) and provides the intensity that I need to stay in peak condition.

I like the variety in classes offered, the studio space is beautiful, and the instructors are fabulous.

Core Power has created a wonderful community that allows us to come and exercise and get the yoga love. They encourage and nurture all levels of expertise in the practice. You are always welcome.

That said, the retail offerings need to be addressed. Especially at Highland, there are quite a few people that are size 12 and yet there are very few larger sizes. The demographics for Highland is different from Stadium Village or Uptown.

The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.

The variety of classes available at different times during the day allow me to choose the class that best meets my needs on any given day. Plus, every instructor has his/her own style so even the same type of class can be very different!
