Reliable, predictable sequence in level 1, which is great for days when you need it. Variety in level 2 for days that you want to explore. Lovely locker rooms. Filtered water dispenser is nice. And of course, the staff knows how to take good care of everyone.

I like the classes and free parking is a plus

Attended my first yoga sculpt class last night and it was amazing! Not being a practitioner of yoga I was intimidated to say the least. but I was quickly but at ease by the welcoming staff and enthusiastic instructor. I didn't catch her name but she lead the 4p class and I've never had a better time sweating my brains out! Thank you!

Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere! I always feel as if I am walking into a place of community at grand ave. the staff truly cares how you are doing. The locker room, although sometimes very full, is always clean and stocked which I appreciate after a sweaty class.

everything you need for a yoga class is right there in the studio. Instructors and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are consistent and effective and accessible for people of all levels, as well as challenging and fun

The instructors, but most of them have left.

As long as I knew they would be available to afford it I would tell them I ove the community adn how I feel coming into the studio each time. I always leave feeling like my authentic self!

I appreciate the instructors I have practiced with specifically at the Grand Ave studio. There seems to be a bit more variety in the structure of the C2 classes and more influence from other yoga disciplines. I tend to prefer flows that are less "workouty" and more engaging, inquisitive and reflective. As always, the studio space is ideal: clean, professional, and calming.

The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I feel like they are equipped to handle any modifications I may need and have an in depth knowledge of the poses.
