The deep sense of community, the awesome instructors, the programs available including teacher training and the variety of classes and formats so you can get a total body workout and never get bored!
I really love the instructors there. Amelia, Matt, Robyn, Cynthia, Kathy, and Benji are a few of my favorites! I enjoy their professional, and yet personable, and friendly personalities.
The staff is amazing. I don't know what I would do without yall.

The teachers are AMAZING and it's an inviting atmosphere. I really feel comfortable and supported there. I love CorePower on Grand Ave.!
Three recommendations for improvement:
1. Don't allow cell phones in the studios rooms. Not only are cell phones distractions, but they change the energy durng practice. Even if they don't start ringing (which has happened on occasions - I've been to classes where someone forgot to turn off their phone they brought into the studio), but just seeing them lying their on the floor brings in the outside world and changes what yoga is supposed to be about.
2. Encourage folks to have their conversations outside the studio rooms so those of us preparing for class to begin can do so peacefully.
3. Encourage folks to leave all their stuff in the locker rooms so the studio rooms don't get cluttered with bags and coats and shoes, etc.
I love the teachers, the atmosphere, the teacher training, the community! Yoga at Corepower has been life changing for me.
Staff was extremely nice & helpful. Teacher was great at explaining form & at coaching class through the exercise without talking just to talk.
