It's easy to find a class or teacher anywhere or anytime around the twin cities - flexibility and reliably timed classes are important to me!

I live by CorePower Edina but the don't have enough Hot Yoga Express classes. So I love coming to St Louis Pk for your noon class! I love your teachers also- Judy, Korrine, John!

I like everything, of course. But I just want to take this moment to give Abby Swenson, manager at SLP a shout out. I think she has put together a great team of personnel from Assistant Manager Liz all the way down to the newest teachers for Sculpt, HPF's, C1's and C2'S. They say its all about the people, and it really is. Whether its the people I take classes from; Jan, John Shaw, Bre Atkinson, Ashley, Kelly, Erin, Aldrin, Liz, Abby, Billy, and many others ... the people who help out with getting the studios ready ... as Abby would say ... it's Rad. I started doing Bikram, back when John Shaw was a student! I never knew there could be so much more to Yoga until Core Power.

The only thing I want is Yoga at midnight. I'll be there if you ever decide to go 24.7.

I really like the instructors at the slp studios and that they offer a lot of C1 and sculpt!

The excercise

I like how there are hands on adjustments so you know you are doing the positions correctly. I also like that the teachers show different ways to do things and are very friendly.

I've never had a bad class at core power and I love it !

Location rocks, but staff is all amazing, so its a win/win every time you go.

Great way for me to rehab my injuries and stay in shape. Keeps me healthy and active and the staff are invested in getting to know you and recommending classes to fit your schedule and fitness level.

I like the variety of classes offered at the SLP studio. The sculpt classes have some awesome instructors. I wish there was more C2 classes though!

Excellent instructors, variety of classes and times - can go at 6 AM or 8:30PM.
No one is pushed to do anything that is uncomfortable or causes pain.
The studio is really conveniently located.

It's a great workout, especially the Sculpt class. No other studio that I know of does hot yoga w/ weights.
