I am a huge fan of Corepower and this is my favorite location close to my work, although the women locker room is small, but it's manageable. I love Sculpt class on Monday at 5:30pm and hot Fusion on Wednesday at 5:30. My tow favorite classes!!

Key classes are offered at the right times

I like the variety of types of classes offered at different times, it offers a lot of flexibility. I like that classes have a balance of some predictable structure as well as some new elements.

All of the teachers did a great job of keeping me motivated the whole time. I loved when they would shout "yes you can!" when the work out was tough.

Convenient location, hours and mix of classes. Wonderful instructors also.

How diverse the classes are because even though the class might have the same title, the participants, teachers and yoga is all different.

I love the convenience of having a class with a great instructor any time of day.

I love the teachers and, since the remodel, love the flow/space. The times classes are offered are also really convenience for me.

The atmosphere and congeniality of all employees (and practitioners!) at this location are stellar. I tend to be nervous when I start going to new places by myself, but that feeling dissipated immediately upon my first class at this studio. Clean, organized, helpful and welcoming...it's one of my favorite places to be!

Rigor and focus of practice

The classes are so fun and challenging. I don't feel like I am being judged by my capabilities (or lack thereof) in yoga. I love that the instructors target muscles that I never even knew I had before. I leave feeling tired and sore yet rejuvenated.

Friendly, kind and informed instructors

Am obsessed with Yoga Sculpt and Hot Fusion. Trying to find more time to make it to class 3-4/ week. Instructors are amazing, love how they continually challenge you while letting you go at your own pace. The spiritual connection I've started to develop was unexpected.

Would love for you to consider bringing in a new product, ASPIRE Natural Sports Drinks. Would be easy to pick up before/after class, you won't see me there without one! I've actually reached out to corporate to inquire. [ASPIRE is a local company, official sports drink of LTF events and now avail in Target]. Sales pitch over.

Love CPY and would (and do) recommend to everyone surrounding me.
