Everyone is very professional, genuinely, and extremely friendly. You can tell all of the instructors love teaching yoga, love their students, and only want their students to have a wonderful and successful experience. They have conversations with as many students as possible and always welcome you when you walk in the door. They explain their products and services very clearly to new students. Retail-wise, I know that if they don't have a size/color in stock, they will have transferred and call immediately. I always remember that about one of my first experiences there. Abby called me immediately. Student is always first.

Class variation and schedules are great. Teachers are friendly and awesome. Some music could be better.

Its a great place to have an intense workout or a relaxing hot yoga class. Very clean and very friendly teachers makes me feel welcome and accepted.

Wonderful instructors and good selection of classes. I have recommended the sudio to many people. Lots of patientce with new students- especially getting them signed up and checked in despite the occassional chaos.

The usual problems are parking, lockor room congestion.

Over all it is the feel of the place, a feeling of reverence for the practice of yoga. There is a level of respect, and a balance of challenge and nurturing that I really appreciate in the teachers. The students seem to embody this as well.

The instructors are fantastic. Upbeat. Positive. The work out is incredible as well. I had worked out on my own for several years and thought I was doing well. That is until I started at Core Power. Life changing for me. Not one to push things on others but if the subject ever comes up I always suggest giving it a try.

I love the instructors and intensity of the classes. The locker room (namely showers and space in the bathroom area) could use a little upgrade. The studios are always well cleaned after classes, unlike Uptown.

I love the instructors there-- DAViD, Joseph, Erin J, John Shaw, Bre, Aldrin... great updated studio as well! Abby does a killer job managing. It is positive energy and I always love my time there.
I will pass on nothing but positive amazing words about CPY SLP.
