Yoga C2 is excellent

I am impressed by the variety of classes and the quality of the teachers. I also like that I receive a discount for being an educator. The proximity and access to various studios in the Twin Cities is also a bonus. Studios are clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. What more could I ask?

I enjoy getting a good workout in with sculpt because i feel i push myself durround by people. While the other yoga classes keep me grounded and balanced in and out of class.

I liked the class very much, but the description of where the parking lot is was not good on the website. It says it's on Lake & Emerson instead of Lagoon & Emerson. I ended up paying $4.50 for a public parking lot which was a bit frustrating. Again, loved the class!

The studios are beautiful, and since they're all over the Twin Cities, I can always go take a class somewhere. The C2 classes are exactly what I like in terms of a yoga practice. But the best part of CorePower for me are the teachers. I now know a good number of them who I think are very wonderful. They're the main reason I stick with CorePower.

In my previous practice I have utilized heat yoga and moksha (now modo) and do have a preference to a heated class rather than a regular class. All types of heated practice have been very rewarding but I have noticed that the instructors at CP have an in depth knowledge to what is happening with the positions in relation to the body and are helpful with motivating while not crowding. The range of classes and available times and locations is also a huge factor. I love close by, and can plan for classes a week in advance due to their availability. I have felt welcomed and have been challenged!
