I love uptown corepower. It’s sad that the studio hasn’t recovered. I really miss the 2pm C2’s I always used to attend there. 11:15 isn’t really working for me, I find myself going to the 12pm in SLP. the 12:30 C2s n Monday and Friday are nice.
Patrick is amazing in his teaching! He creates a welcoming and relaxing environment with friendly options in the poses. Clear instructions and options - teaching us to be more in tune with ourselves. Highly recommend his classes!
Space was clean & class was well done! Class was the perfect balance of relaxing, challenging, and fun. I appreciate when instructors offer options to increase complexity of the sequence they are leading. Wish parking was easier but understand that’s not something that can be easily controlled

I love the heat of HPF and that the poses are held for a longer time. Also a break from all the shoulder work most CPY classes have. Dylan’s cadence and language for the class was spot on!
CORE POWER is still to expensive for most working people, especially us in Healthcare. I was an unlimited for 15 years, but now I only use pass cards, just costs too much.
Try this class! One of the best.

Love the uptown CorePower!!! I live very close by so it is incredibly convenient. Even after just a few classes a lot of the instructors knew my name. And the class sizes are always smaller than other twin cities locations, which is wonderful
