I have been practicing off and on for years and entering a new studio can be intimidating. Everyone was so thoughtful, and helpful, giving me all the information about the studio and classes. The instructors were so in tune with each student any level is nurtured here. Core Power gave me a great place to grow back into my practice and expand beyond my comfort zone while never feeling embarrassed or judged.

Friendly atmosphere and teachers. One recommendation would be to have a "no-cell phone" policy for the studio spaces. As someone who wants the space to be quiet before and during class, it can be very distracting to have people on their phones (I understand someone people are on call and need it). Personally, it defeats the purpose of being in yoga...

A CPY class is an experience like no other. You leave feeling stronger, both mentally and physically. It not only changes your body, it changes your life.

It's actually the only class I've taken at this studio. But I do notice the staff (and clientele) are always very upbeat. You don't find that everywhere in the CPY "network." It's nice.

I attended my first Yoga Class at Corepower. The class was a Sculp class that was subbed by Rohan.

Rohan is an incredible teacher. It was truly the best yoga experience that I have yet had. Yes, I am a beginner, but I was so impressed by his class because it was both extremely challenging, yet I felt I was able to follow his instruction and keep up. It was an excellent workout, and has inspired me to add more yoga into my workout routines.
