I'm a nurse and have a pretty inconsistent schedule- 12 hour day shift and night shift rotation. Simply put, no two weeks are alike. I like that classes are offered throughout the day at various times. I don't have difficulty fitting a class into my day and always looks forward to the positive energy of CorePower. Since I'm a nurse I lift heavy patients on a daily basis and it takes a toll on my back. Since joining, my back muscles have strength and I find myself standing a lot taller rather than hunched over. I absolutely love CorePower.

I just bought a black tag membership, and I really enjoy the Sculpt class! All of the teachers offer a slightly different class, and I always look forward to my class.

i think the studio has changed a lot over the past year in very positive ways. the classes are more varied than they used to be, which is helpful for expanding the practice of members.

I love the physical environment of the studio, and the instructors all seem very knowledgeable and willing to correct and teach the yogis. Even though I have been doing yoga for years, I came to corepower and learned more about the yoga flow.

The teachers are all really friendly and knowledgeable. I went to a variety of the Glover Park classes while I was in town, and all the courses and teachers were excellent. The studio is clean and comfortable, and the locker rooms are spacious enough and well-maintained.

Sandy was a wonderful instructor. I really appreciated the time and energy that she put into making the Georgetown Women's Rowing team feel welcome at CorePower Yoga. The instructor for my course (Level 2 at 12:15 PM on 1/2) was very passionate about yoga, assisted with different positions and offered encouragement at each cycle in the class.
