The facilities are well maintained and staff are always attentive and friendly. I particularly love the energy, preparation and overall vibe of Lindsay De's classes on Monday nights. I'm super motivated by music and love, love, love the time she spends in advance formulating a theme and creating a playlist that never fails to motivate!

Kitty was an amazing instructor! The themed playlist was so fun and entertaining while not detracting from the workout. I loved the heated aspect and got a great workout in. It was my first corepower class and I loved it!

Griffen was an incredible instructor - I took his C2 class and his inversion workshop and the experience was so personable and attentive. The instructor clearly had a deep knowledge about yoga, alignment, and its philosophy. The studio is clean, and the staff is kind. 10 out of 10!
I dropped in on Friday's "Disco Yoga Sculpt" class, with Neil as the instructor. I visited after a long absence, trying to use my ClassPass to get back into a yoga class. Elisabeth was so friendly and welcoming! I will keep posted on the location's special class offerings and look forward to returning!
