Although I was only able to go to one class at this particular location, I thoroughly enjoyed Hot Power Fusion with Meghan. Being fairly new to yoga and still sore from a previous Sculpt, this was a perfect way to de-stress and loosen up before finals. The class moved at a comfortable pace and Meghan was incredibly helpful in making the adjustments I needed as well as suggesting in between poses to accommodate my rather pitiful flexibility while still being able to follow the flow of the class. Great experience!

Great teachers, great studio (esp when it is very hot!), nice assortment of classes (HPF, C2, etc), and the one-hour class length is a big plus (versus longer classes at other studios --- just too time consuming for people who work or parents of young children, etc...)

Large studio, great workout, convenient locations.

I loved the class I attended -- a perfect blend of stretching and strength, relaxation and high energy. Feels very aligned to "now" in my life! The facilities were beautiful too!

The atmosphere is very calm and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All of the bathroom/locker room amenities are wonderful as well. It is a comfortable environment that I definitely enjoy going to!

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, the CorePower Yoga staff was nothing but friendly, helpful and awesome! I went to the Sunday community class with recent yoga teacher graduates and it was amazing. You would never know that they were newbie teachers -- so professional! The class itself was also wonderful -- a perfect balance of different asanas. I can't wait to go back!

I like that I don't need to sign up online in advance and can drop in if/when it fits into my schedule. I have a very hectic schedule (full time job during the day, full time grad student at night) and appreciate the flexibility of coming in to class when I can fit it into my schedule. I also like the cleanliness of the studios, as well as the supply of tampons and tissues in the changing rooms.

What I'm not the biggest fan of are the crunches in class. I don't think they are the most effective exercise for building core strength, and they kind of break up the flow of the yoga class.

I love your space! It is clean, warm and friendly. Really great energy in the class, and I particularly appreciate the effort to keep the class intense and focused on a good workout. Not easy to work up as much of a sweat in 50 minutes anywhere else!

It isn't too hot!!! Also, comfortable studio, I love the quiet rule while in the studio and facilities are really nice. Plus the yoga is good too.

Your classes are a top notch workout in addition to focusing on reflection and form. The teachers are organized and empathetic, as well as involved.

The studio was serene and spacious, and the changing rooms bright and clean. Jenny's class was great, and she was very helpful in helping me find the right sized yoga top, and in trying to reconcile my account.

I was introduced to CPY a few years ago when visiting a friend in Austin, TX. My friend is awesome and is a dedicated Yogi, so any studio she practices at must be amazing. She and I did a Sculpt class together at CPY Austin (5th St)and it kicked my butt. But it was awesome! After I returned from that visit I was pleased to see they were building a CPY in Glover Park. Thus began my personal journey practicing yoga to supplement my marathon and ultra marathon training. What I like about CPY is that the environment is not at all intimidating and the instructors are kind and friendly. There is a class for every level yogi which makes it a great way to learn yoga and advance your practice.
