My instructor, Anna, is great! She keeps me coming back. Men's locker room needs some care though; shower is scalding hot and it hasn't been cleaned as well as it used to.
Defiantly liked it. Cannot afford it at the moment but I like it exercising with almost no light and in a focused class helped me push people more and everyone is kind and helpful

literally, everything. the instructors are polite, motivating, and very patient. some of your instructors such as Dan Mcannally (I think that is how his name is spelled) is beyond amazing; he is great motivator, energizer bunny, very humble, and polite.

I like so much Annie’s classes, I fell my body every where got stretched and feel very comfortable after her class.
Her sequence is just right and her sweet voice. I enjoy taking her class.

I like the yoga classes and sometimes instructors have sounding bowls which I love.
We love the Bethesda studio. It's a great community. All of the teachers are great but we especially love Karen Leder, Jackie, Sarah and Courtney. Courtney brings amazing energy and great play lists. Karen and Jackie have the best workouts - innovative and well choreographed with great music as well. (Karen also always has amazing inspirational quotes.) Sarah's Friday workout is the perfect way to end the week. They all bring great energy and inspiration.
