Great teachers! Dan’s sculpt classes would probably be more comfortable in the bigger studio since they’re usually packed.

Was very informative, helped walk through all the poses slowly to make sure we all had proper posture and form. Overall, just really helpful to ensure technique is good and helped general understanding of yoga poses
