Hot Power Fusion

Everyone at Core Power GOG is extremely professional and qualified, yet very laid back. Going to yoga seemed very intimidating to me, especially by myself. After my first class I knew this was exactly where I wanted to be. Everyone is very helpful and supportive and all instructors work hard to promote a healthy environment.

The place is kept nice and clean. People are friendly. Instructors in the two types of classes I have taken so far are great.
