Love the teachers. Whenever I feel like I don't know if I want to go practice, I arrive and immediately, I am happy that I went. The teachers welcome me and help me feel like I am there for myself and I can do whatever I want.

Ruby is a personable teacher and has a true passion for teaching yoga.
She made my first hot yoga class fun.
The welcoming environment was very nice.
Her teaching style is great and meets

I love almost everything about CorePower Yoga. I get a good workout, the instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly with plenty of varied classes available. The heated rooms and big locker room with showers are nice too. The only thing that would make it better is if the price for classes/membership was cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for.

The studio was completely full which made it very tight (not ideal).

Overall, I love the CorePower studio at the Garden of the Gods. The studio is always clean and welcoming. The staff are warm, supportive, and knowledgeable. My only concern is the Thursday, 7:30 am Glutes and Core class. The instructor struggles to follow the sequence, and students do not get the same sequence of exercises on each side of the body. I feel this practice could lead to injuries. Overall, the instructor is a lovely, enthusiastic person but needs to focus on ensuring she is following the exercise sequence for both sides of the body. Perhaps a co-teacher as a support for the instructor for a few classes would help the instructor relax and focus.

I love the CorePower 1.5 class. The class temp was great and poses. Teacher was good too.

I love that I know everytime I go to a class at CP I will love it. And I love the heat and quality of the Studios and teachers.

I loved CorePower with Nan. She made the class challenging, yet very doable with her guided practice, options available for all levels. I felt balanced after completing the hour of class, gaining a sense of accomplishment as it was definitely not easy. My stress and worries melted away during class! It allowed me to set aside all of the distractions of everyday life and simply focus on me, my breath and my body. Thank you for being so amazing at CorePower! I hope to be back soon!

Love CorePower Yoga! 90 minute hot w/ Robert is one of the best classes. Hot Power Fusion w/ Heather is also fantastic!

We had a great CSX class at Garden of the Gods Studio. I love the 730 am class and often go to the different ones, depending on which day I'm available.
Elizabeth is a great instructor and teaches a fun class.

The variety of classes, the knowledge of the teachers and the overall calming experience.

My favorite part about my core power experience is the teachers! They care and take pride in their work and it shows. Holly has the ability to speak such poetic words that are so applicable in my life, I feel like she is speaking directly to me. Colin lights up the room and has me laughing as I try to hold the most complicated of poses. Julia is both wise and curious. And I always leave her class a little bit littler and talk. Don’t get me wrong, the studio is beautiful but it is the people that shine!

Love this studio! The studio is always clean and neat, but the real reason I come here is the staff. All staff are friendly, welcoming, and supportive. What a great place to practice!

Love everything about GoG studio, wish there were more HY and HPY classes on the schedule

The class is core power 1 and the teacher was helpful but allowed variations. The room was warm but not hot. Great to offer for those who can’t do too much to offer.

I am trying a free week at CorePower and it has been wonderful! I love the class variety and how it is open for all levels.

Csx is great change up for me

I love CP, all the wonderful teachers, variety of classes and the community. My only complaint would be their corporate policy of charging class cancellation fees still (post pandemic). Life happens and we should be able to cancel a class an hour (more or less) ahead and not get charged. I remember the days where you just showed up whenever you wanted. But overall, I still love both Colorado Springs studios.
