And, the teachers at the Garden of the Gods facility that I've had the opportunity to attend classes with have been exceptional!

The early 5:30 hot yoga class. It is the only time I can attend a hot class during the week with my work. I miss the 7:30 pm but 5:30 is even better.

Everyone is so nice and explains everything to newcomers.

I love the atmosphere. I am always greeted with smiles and happiness. It feels like family. I love sculpt classes and how each class is unique and not ever the same. I love c2's for the same reason. There isnt a CPY Class that I dont love actually!

Everyone is amazing. I am out of shape and over weight. They treat me very nice and go out of their way to help my husband and I.

Really great sculpt class with Neg, very creative and challenging workout.

Have recommended it since it opened. My complaint t is not enough hot yoga time offerings. 8-9:30 would be wonderful!! This started as a hot studio

Professional, clean

The studio staff is friendly, welcoming and the classes are solid--no matter who is teaching you are going to get a quality experience. I'd also like to commend the teachers on their professionalism--I was in a class several months ago and a student in the class was disruptive-seemed like he was on drugs, though don't know-anyway, the teacher (Sarra) was excellent at managing the disruptions while still continuing the class--this was VERY difficult to do and she did a great job. Only those near the disruptive student noticed his antics, those on the other side of the room were unaware--kudos to Sarra for this level of competence and calm.
