Yoga Sculpt is a full body workout. The Sculpt teachers in Medford are exceptional - kind communicative, instructive, and intense in the best way possible to helping you achieve results and get fit. Highly recommend this location and the teachers.

Amazing and relaxing place

The people! The staff super kind and friendly. Alyssa, Trevor, Lulu, Samantha T, Anna and Michelle are all great. They are supportive and helpful. The January hands on assist class was much needed! I think a class like that every week would be great for the company and the clients. Beginners and seasoned yogis seemed to really enjoy it. I loved getting pointers and corrections. Maghna was very helpful with that! It’s great having Toni back! It would be nice if they had pregnancy and postpartum yoga classes 1 a week. I am sure someone is trained in it there. I was talking to people at work and in my family and they said they would try it if core power offered it. I feel in the Medford area a lot of people are starting families before moving out of the city. It would probably be very popular on a Saturday or Sunday in the afternoon during typical nap time 11-2. Thanks for everything!

The instructor, LuLu, does a great job mixing up the workouts.

I love this studio! The class offerings, timing and instructors are great. Plenty of parking, and easy to navigate during rush hour.

Love the instructors and managers. Suck a great community. So friendly and welcoming. A recommendation though is to consistently keep the studio clean. With the monthly membership fee, the studio could be much cleaner

Love the variety of class times and all the instructors are great! But because this location is always crowded I would like to see mat markers added to the floor (you have to ask people already laying down to move over). Also the bathrooms are not as clean as other locations I’ve been to.

Everything! Demi was great. I was away from corepower for awhile because it did not feel very inclusive, but Demi made everyone feel welcome and offered lots of challenges as well as modifications. It felt like yoga should.
