Everything, it was such a great experience

I LOVE the Medford studio and CorePower classes! I know staffing back up post-pandemic must be tough, but lots of classes have been cancelled, and it would be great to have more options on Saturdays and in the 5-7pm block during the week (I think there's only 1 6pm Sculpt class right now). Also, since lots of people come in right at the start time, it's tough for the teachers to be able to check them in and get class started on time, so we end up running really late by the end of class, which is a bummer. But, overall, I love it!!

The staff is great, very welcoming and encouraging. This place often feels like home with a comfortable and inspiring feeling.

Awesome Core Power Yoga Sculpt

Classes are very welcoming of individuals with all experience levels. The teachers are great and engaging. Classes are challenging yet doable and I love that we are encouraged to take breaks as needed or take modifications as needed.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming, the vibe of the studio is very warm. Class quality has consistently been great, too- I love coming here!

Great! Alyssa is awesome! I just wish Friday had evening classes. As a member it’s hard to make morning classes.

Convenient, I just wish more HPF classes

I really like that more sculpt classes were just added in Medford! This is works so much better with my schedule since I only do sculpt classes!

Lindsay was amazing and so welcoming, I really appreciated how she motivated me to push through her hard class, I can’t wait to see her again. An asset to the team.

The instructors are the best! As a beginner, their guidance and cadence is helping me to learn the positions and retain them through muscle memory. Toni and Trevor are fantastic. The heat takes some getting used to, but it feels good to sweat and helps me limber up. I like that you provide locks at the front desk and the locker rooms are immaculate. The other Yogi’s are very welcoming and supportive. I think I found my new religion.

This is my home studio. So happy to see more classes and more teachers. The manager Lulu is the absolute BEST.

I love CorePower. Not only is it an incredible workout, but the people - from the trainers to the members - bring a contagious positivity that makes you actually look forward to working out. I walked in a beginner, but the trainers here have made me comfortable, confident and feel like part of a big family (who share a secret about the best workout around)! It’s a fantastic experience!
