Great community, many great teachers, but the studio is falling apart. I know the mgmt team is working on it but the bathrooms, showers, water fountain and floors are almost always disgusting. Studio needs investment to maintain cleanliness.

The atmosphere and energy the coach brought to the class really made it feel terrific!

A good sized studio and layout- enough room to not feel over crowded.
Facility well maintained- bathrooms clean a majority of the time.
Instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming.
Classes are challenging and diverse offerings- I can usually find a class time/catergory of exercise each day that fits my changing schedule.

I haven’t memorized all my usual instructors so I apologize if I forget someone. High quality classes by Lulu! Jonathan! AC! And Michelle! But I honestly haven’t take a class or had an instructor I didn’t like.

This might be dramatic of me- but I highly depend on this studio for my overall physical and mental well-being.

The yoga is make me feel
So good. I always liked the combination of stretching and core together, my body answer much better than just practice cardio or HIT class.
I love the teachers I have in Medford/MA , it is another positive point to keep going.

Lulu is AMAZING, I love all her classes and the energy she brings to each one. Samantha is also fantastic, her Core Restore class is everything I need to start the week off right!

Wonderful class- enjoyed it and the instructor who was a sub very much. My only criticism is that the music was VERY loud!

I just finished YS Training at the Medford location and I had such an amazing experience. The instructors that led us through this training were incredible and great role models. I feel confident in everything I learned from them and I know that in the future I could always reach out to them for more advice. They deserve the world!

I love the super variety of teachers with their unique flows, energy, and positive personalities: Margaret, Widya, Holly (FP) and Michelle are my goto people. But it really doesn't matter because of the current Medford manager Lulu, who has raised the bar for doing such a great job with expanding the schedule and rallying more members and teachers. Bravo!!!!!

I live the Medford studio staff and the community. Lulu the manager is awesome. My only negative is that the studio is never clean. It needs a
Consistent cleaning company to come in weekly and clean.

I really enjoyed this class and the instructor. She was very knowledgeable and gave us modifications. It was a great change of pace and the instructor was so friendly.

Lulu, Meghna, Widya, Kayla, Colleen and Bridget are all awesome and great teachers!

Classes are great. Teachers are always so present and engaged. Michelle always has such a beautifully strong class! Reggie is always encouraging and teaching new poses. Krishna and Lexie have the best playlists in totally opposite energy levels. Lindsey kills it with pushups (in a positive way). Always looking forward to class!

I absolutely love the workout of CorePower! The Medford studio offers a wonderful mix of all the different classes. Every instructor does a WONDERFUL job!!
