Student Testimonials
CPY Medford is the best!
Staff are amazing! Really awesome work outs. Thank you!
Teachers (Crystal in particular) , warm, inviting studio, great hearing system, great class choices
Love the hpf class!
THE YOGI COMMUNITY AT THIS LOCATION IS ONE OF KIND!
SUCH BEAUTIFUL, HAPPY, ENCOURAGING AND DETERMINED PEOPLE TO SHARE SUCH A WONDERFUL PRACTICE WITH. HOT POWER FUSION IS THE BEST!!!!
Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and challenging class!
The community, consistency and the HEAT
Widya is the absolute best instructor! Her energy and cuing is amazing. Love her and her class!
I love the classes - I would like to see a couple of non-heated options - with the mask the heat can be a lot
The sculpt class is challenging but has opportunity for modifications if needed. The endorphins I experienced after were fantastic.
I did Bikram in Boston, and they are outright snobs.
Yoga is zen, is it not? Any form = zen.
Who cares if your form is perfect, its about taking the time for you and bettering yourself. CORE POWER embodies that. Bikes Boston, well, they suck.
good
I love the teachers and staff- especially Angie, Nancy, Kelly and Kushbu- they are fantastic, inspiring and role models.
The studio is clean, they care about every participant and treat all with respect. I wish every studio was this awesome! (and i wish this one was a little bigger)
Excellent and encouraging instructors!!!
Margaret D., Maureen G, Ashley B, Alex S, Khushbu, and Rachael are great.
I love Corepower Yoga! I was a black tag member in Los Angeles at the Wilshire Studio for 5 years and then 1.5 years ago I moved to Boston. I hated not being able to go to the studio...but the online classes were a good substitute. I was very excited to return to the studio when it opened back up this summer. I love that I KNOW I can count on a great class each time. I love that I have the choice between sculpt, yoga, and hot fusion. I know what to expect and I am never disappointed. My body is just happier when I go.
It would be nice for lockers to be fixed, as well as have free towels eventually!
Awesome class, awesome teacher. Only reason it's not a 10 is because the room took a very long time to warm up. By the time it was hot enough, the class was over. Would love if you could fix the heater. :)
Margaret was hands-down the best instructor I’ve ever had!! She had a great sense of humor which livened up the class, but more importantly she also was passionate and knowledgeable about the movements. She taught us what each movement was doing for our bodies and which muscles were activated. I really enjoyed learning from her and I will definitely be back!
Not only a great workout but truly a great environment to relax and get your body feeling better
Very very good
Only drawback was could not hear yogi instructor wearing mask while teaching
Intense, worked with my injury
Awesome instructor!!
Krishnaa’s class was incredible! I tried yoga 7 years ago and wasn’t a fan. I decided to try sculpt yoga and it was so challenging, fun, and relaxing all at once. I felt that my entire body was toned and stretched equally. Also I loved the playlist.
Best possible all-in-one workout: aerobic, strength, mobility, balance, flexibility. What's left? Good music and instructors have enthusiasm that keeps you pushing.
My teacher was excellent and very kind and professional.
The teachers and management at Medford are incredible people. The place is clean and the space is well kept. Parking is ample. Bathrooms are luxurious.
I have two pieces of feedback about Core Power in general (not specific to Medford) that I've shared before and will share again: 1. Men need to keep their shirts on. No one wants to see that. 2. Core Power needs to turn down the heat or offer additional classes with lower heat. It's sexist not to offer yoga classes at normal temperatures. Differences in body mass, blood thickness, and hormones cause it to be far harder for men to work under extreme heat/humidity. I don't have the data but I'd bet that over 50% of your clients want the heat turned down: they show up to CP for the teachers and the challenging flow, and they simply endure the heat, viewing it as a necessity. There is zero science that supports exercising in such an intense heat as beneficial.
Teacher Jackie was great! Loved her class!
Love the studio. Love the energy and teachers!
