Having never tried yoga before I was nervous to give it a shot and I’m so glad this is where I started. Crystal has been someone that literally enriches my life with her flow, she’s amazing. Krishna has this way of giving off the best energy and it makes the whole experience fun, she’s amazing. I’ve had a number of other instructors there who have been so great, these two are just examples.

The environment is clean, the instructors are amazing, and I don’t have to worry about finding parking at Medford location! It’s stress free.

All the staff and instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable. There’s no judgement on ability. The facility is well kept.

I love CorePower! Such great teachers. My suggestions would be more hot yoga and more C2. The music is fun, but I would also suggest during shivasana to play more neutral music that is calming and not going to stimulate memories. You want people to let go.

Relaxing and perfect workout

I was visiting my sister from Colorado and went to the Medford studio. I was so glad to see that there was parking as I am not familiar with the area. Lexi was very welcoming and showed me around the studio and made me feel like I was at my home studio. I will come back every time I visit!
